The PIERINI group started its activities in the metal industry which was founded in January 1976 in a 108 m² basement in the Imigrantes Avenue, 1.340 - Rio Maina - Criciúma– State of Santa Catarina,in order to manufacture and retrieve parts for industries in the mining sector.

In 1990, the Pierini Ceramic Tiles was founded, initially producing 6,5 x 26 cm natural ceramic tile with a view to mimic brickwork. Later, the imperial and gold lines were created, in the same format. Today our range of offered products reaches 51 options provided, in the sizes 6,5 x 26 cm and 12,5 x 26 cm.

Taking advantage of the sales structure and logistics of ceramic, in2007the company started its activities on the line of plastic manufacturing PVC Ceiling Tiles and their accessories. From March 2009, the company started to manufacture plastic chains and from 2013, it began to manufacture flat and corrugated conductors applied in civil construction.

In late 2011, our ceramic park was entirely replaced by equipment of the highest technology of the Italian brand SACMI, from which were acquired 3 presses, 1 dryer and 1 furnace. Together, they exceeded an investment of US$15 million, making the new industrial park equivalent to the best of Latin America in this segment.

Today our industrial park has 150 highly qualified professionals and is considered one of the most modern in southern of the State of Santa Catarina. Our building area is 20,000 m² and our available area is 210,000 m².
